If you know there is no running water in a home should it be reported?
If the house is messy with clothes and other ?
If the mother and others who live in the home uses meth ?
You can even move the child’s bedroom so full of stuff?
The child dose not go to school only when she feels like it or the the mother decides to take her to totally different school?

I was forced to voluntarily sign my rights. In MN, they Give you two options when it comes down to a time in court when they are trying to take your rights. voluntarily sign your rights, and You get to keep your next baby, or take it to trial, and if you lose, they can automatically no questions asked, remove your next child from your home. Or from the hospital as soon as you have it. I recently birthed a beautiful healthy baby girl. She's two weeks old now. A week ago c p s came and knocked on my door they said that because I voluntarily signed my rights they have a right to come and check on my new baby and me. I complied with the request for a drug test, And
Passed it. And I got to see my Daughter , so they can see that she is healthy and while taking care. Now they are claiming that they Have a right to also come and See inside my home. And also that they have a right to drug test my daughters Dad because he is in the home and because he has ONE drug charge on his record that he's on probation for. Our daughter is his first, so he's got no CPS involvement. I agreed to have them come see my house and that appt is Friday. Can anyone tell me, exactly where I stand, BY LAW? Do they have those rights or are they just really bullying me. They have proof by way of my prenatal doctors and with my daughters.Postnatal visits that she is healthy and well taken care of, In fact for her week check up The doctor said that the reason she is so Smiley and Relaxed And just an all around Happy healthy baby, Not to mention that she is also above Average in her recovery from birth, is because she is in such a (good positive stress free home environment).

The best thing to do is to never let a CPS worker in your home. Let them see your children are ok, but do not let them inside. You may want to just clear things up and let them see you are a good parent. Yet, they are there looking to find ways that you aren’t. They aren’t called “baby snatchers” for no reason. Job security for them is to find unfit parents. Do not give them the opportunity to make your life a living hell. They have been given too much power and do more harm than good.

Margaret Jacobs told the story of Native women activists and AAIA in great detail in her book, A Generation Removed, in 2014.

While parent attorneys are an important part of this activism, in the context of ICWA, tribal attorneys work day in and out (including in Brackeen) to ensure ICWA’s promise is met.
