<p>Lois Fine - Director of Finance and Information Technology at YWCA Toronto</p>

<p>Lois has over 30 years of accounting experience in the not-for-profit and charities sector. She is the director of Finance and Information Technology at YWCA Toronto, with oversight of an annual budget of more than $30 million. In this role, she recently oversaw the finances of an $80 million, 300-unit green and affordable housing project for women in downtown Toronto. She has consulted widely in the sector, serving agencies, private and public foundations, and government funding bodies. She’s the treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Central Toronto Community Health Centres and Playwrights Guild of Canada, as well as serving on the Accounting Standards Oversight Council of Canada.</p>

<p>Bruce is the president and CEO of Imagine Canada, a national umbrella organization for the charitable sector. Through his 10 years as vice-president of marketing and then CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada, Bruce has led major change initiatives and developed long and innovative partnerships with corporations and other charities. Bruce has been active in many other organizations, including the YMCA, the Ontario Senior Games, and Kinsmen and Kinette Clubs.</p>

<p>Bruce holds a Bachelor of Commerce in sports administration, a Master of Management in the voluntary sector — and a Guinness Book of World Records.</p>
