In this episode of Accessible Athletics, I am adding to my earlier episode on the importance of sleep by interviewing an expert in the field. I am very honoured to have on my show Dr. Ward Flemons. Dr. Flemons is a Professor at the Cummings School of Medicine and is the Department of Medicine Vice Chair of Health Analytics and Safety. He is the former head of Respiratory Medicine at the University of Calgary. I talk to Ward about the importance of sleep from his perspective and how important sleep is for everyone. He goes into great detail about why he chose to become a sleep doctor and what he does as a sleep doctor.<br />
