Rudy Giuliani telling Mar-a-Lago pals he’s trapped in ‘nightmare world,’ ‘can’t believe it’s real’ as he faces bankruptcy, legal woes

Rudy Giuliani is trapped in a living “nightmare,” and the former New York City mayor can’t believe it’s real, he was overheard telling pals at Donald Trump’s private club, Mar-a-Lago, last week.

Source exclusively tell Page Six that Giuliani was spotted at the Palm Beach club as he’s facing bankruptcy stemming from a spate of debts.

An attendee told us they heard the former Trump attorney saying he’s in a “nightmare world” and “he wakes up every day and can’t believe it’s real.”

The onetime pol was hit with a whopping $148 million claim after being found guilty by a Georgia court of falsely accusing two poll workers of committing voter fraud in Fulton County during the 2020 election.

Feds are also reportedly targeting Giuliani’s own $3.5 million Florida condominium, as Giuliani contends he lacks the finances to settle his debts.

Giuliani was at Mar-a-Lago attending an event in support of Arizona Republican congressional hopeful Abe Hamadeh, we hear.

Also at the fundraiser was former NYPD Commissioner Bernard Kerik, who worked with former President Trump’s legal team in its attempt to uncover fraud in the 2020 election.

We hear Trump himself was also at the same event, and that Giuliani stopped by Trump’s table briefly, our source said — despite the former mayor’s February claims in bankruptcy court that the Trump 2020 campaign and the Republican National Committee still owe him $2 million in legal fees.

Our insider said that lately there have been “non-stop fundraisers” at Mar-a-Lago, sometimes with “two or three different ones” happening “on some nights.”

Said the source: “It has become the epicenter for Republican candidates collecting money.”

Meanwhile, Trump said in a press conference Monday that he has enough cash to post a $175 million bond in his civil fraud case — after an appeals court drastically reduced the amount he owes from $454 million earlier the same day.

We hear that at Mar-a-Lago when Giuliani was visiting, Trump was seen “huddled with his advisers” and “everyone is very much behind him, helping him get the money.”

He publicly said Monday at the presser at his 40 Wall St. building that he actually has $500 million in cash — but that he didn’t think he should be forced to turn over near the full amount in the fraud case, when he might want to use some to help pay for the campaign.

Giuliani has told supporters recently in a frantically worded message via his Rudy Giuliani Freedom Fund: “Friend, There’s no other way to say this … You may truly be my only hope. The Biden Regime is sending a top ally of President Trump to PRISON!”

The appeal added, “The Deep State is hellbent on indicting, arresting, bankrupting, and imprisoning President Trump and his top allies for daring to challenge the corrupt forces that have hijacked our once Free Republic. And as the lawyer who successfully defended President Trump from impeachment, I am at the top of their list.”

Kerik pleaded guilty in 2009 to charges including tax evasion and making false statements to the White House, but was pardoned by Trump in 2020 after serving three of four years of a prison sentence.

After our story published, a rep for Giuliani later got back to us, without specifically addressing any of the details.

Ted Goodman, a political advisor to Giuliani, told us in a lengthy statement: “One must question the motivations and purpose of anonymous, single-sourced stories such as this one. Very few Americans have positively impacted more people than Mayor Rudy Giuliani—the man who took down the Mafia, busted Wall Street crooks, rooted out corruption in government, cleaned up New York City and comforted the nation following September 11th. The Mayor regularly expresses his perspective on the partisan political attacks levied against him, and no amount of inaccurate hit pieces intended to embarrass the Mayor can take away this great American’s positive contributions to society.”

Duly noted!
