A behavioral expert has cast doubt on the police's description of the prime suspect in the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
Dr. Susan Constantine, who doubles as a forensic consultant, has offered her insights as law enforcement continues to hunt for the assailant responsible for the fatal shooting. NYPD officials have characterized the suspect as a light-skinned, slender man standing around 6-foot-1, last seen wearing a ski mask, a hoodie in light brown or cream, black and white sneakers, and carrying a distinctive gray backpack on the day of the crime.
However, after scrutinizing the surveillance video, Dr. Constantine has proposed that the suspect may not be as tall as initially thought. She pegs the shooter's stature at roughly 5-foot-9, which is nearly four inches shorter than the height reported by the police.

Additionally, Dr. Constantine suspects that the gunman has smaller feet, possibly around a men's size 9. Observing the suspect's slim frame, she inferred from his smile that he might possess a certain charm.
"This guy is younger, in his twenties and in good physical condition - he's trim, lean, athletic, he's also a charismatic guy," she observed. "People like to be around him, you see that in his smile, it's a genuine smile." On Thursday, authorities released fresh images of the alleged perpetrator, showcasing a wide grin.
The individual suspected of the cold-blooded killing, as captured on a haunting surveillance tape, is believed to be clothed identically to the person seen shooting down 50 year old Thompson. In the disturbing footage, the disguised shooter unloads several rounds from afar and then vanishes through the Ziegfeld alley, making his getaway on a bicycle.

Although authorities have been reticent about revealing the suspect's race, simply referring to his "light skin," Dr. Constantine has noted that certain facial features could offer clues to his heritage.

"It's interesting to look at his nose structure, it's bulbous at the end, he's from some Latin ethnic background, not a white male. He looks like he's someone of a different descent, maybe Italian." "He has good bone structure, he's a very handsome guy. Very identifiable," she highlighted.
