Brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate were photographed smiling widely on Tuesday, December 10, during their ongoing trial outside an appeals court in Bucharest, Romania.

In December 2022, the controversial social media "influencer" and his brother, Tristan, were arrested in Romania on suspicion of human trafficking and rape. They are also wanted in the UK for similar allegations. The brothers have denied the accusations, with the 37-year-old claiming they are "very innocent men."

Both men have remained under house arrest. However, last month, the brothers received a slight reprieve when the court ruled that the prosecutor’s indictment against them contained several irregularities. The court gave the prosecutors less than a week to amend or withdraw the case involving allegations of human trafficking, rape, and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women.

The appeals court also ordered the removal of specific evidence. Its decision comes nearly two years after Tate, 37, and his brother Tristan Tate, 36, were arrested along with two Romanian women near the capital.

After the ruling, Andrew Tate - a dual British-U.S. citizen who has garnered over 10 million followers on the social media platform X, declared: “The prosecution knew they were lies. We knew they were lies.”

Embracing his criminal status, Tate took to social media earlier today to write: "Girls love criminals because they love fearlessness."

Following Donald Trump's presidential victory in November, Tate reaffirmed his interest in relocating to the United States when he posted: “THE BULLETPROOF OUTLAW IS IN CHARGE,” seemingly referring to the President-elect.

While the brothers swore their return, the court of appeals granted the British request to extradite the Tates, but only after the legal proceedings in Romania had concluded.
