<itunes:summary>At the beginning of time, the Source of all Creation created the first version of the universe and over the course of 3.8 billion years has continued to update the universe by creating more of the universe.

When a person has a traumatic experience, their body is unable to process the emotions from that experience. The unprocessed emotions are stored within their Higher Consciousness Universe as a personal limitation. Personal limitations can be passed onto descendants. Personal limitations block a person from accessing creative energy from the Source of all Creation. The blocking of creative energy from the Source of all Creation is the cause of a person’s suffering.

In order to access creative energy from the Source of all Creation, we must defeat our personal limitations in our Higher Consciousness Universe. We can access our Hogher Consciousness Universe by sending our awareness to the Source of all Creation.

The Sun, a star, provides all of us on Earth the energy to live so we look to stars to show us how we should live. Superheroes have abilities that are special in some way, and they use these abilities to protect the society that they belong to. Stars are the superheroes of the universe, because they have abilities that other types of celestial objects do not have, and they use these abilities to protect the solar system that they belong to. The Sun defeats the empty void of space by sending energy to the planets in the solar system and giving direction to the planets by keeping them in a constant orbit. The empty void is the ultimate limitation because each limitation we hold darkens our consciousness. Because stars are the superheroes of the universe, we look to superhero stories from comic books and movies as creation myths that show us the way to defeat our limitations. Superhero stories show that we can defeat our own limitations by imagining ourselves to be superheroes in our Higher Consciousness Universe.

In a superhero story, the superhero symbolizes a form of creation while the superhero’s internal struggles or the supervillain symbolize a limitation of the superhero or the superhero's society in the story. While most superhero stories involve the superhero defeating the supervillain, superhero origin stories usually involve the superhero overcoming internal struggles. By defeating the supervillain or overcoming internal struggles, the superhero defeats the limitation that the supervillain or internal struggles symbolizes.

Spiritual superpowers are abilities that enable us to channel creative energy into any particular experience. Each spiritual superpower is associated with the form of creation that the superhero symbolizes. Access to spiritual superpowers is blocked by personal limitations.

Superhero meditations are inspired by the best superhero storylines. In each superhero meditation, you are guided to imagine that you are the superhero in the original story, and that you are the form of creation that the superhero symbolizes. You are then guided to defeat your personal limitation, which is inspired by the limitation that is symbolized by the superhero’s internal weakness, regular villain, or supervillain from the original superhero story. The path by which you are guided to defeat your personal limitation is inspired by how the superhero defeats the supervillain, regular villain or their internal weakness in the original superhero story. When the personal limitation is defeated, it is released and you attain the spiritual superpower associated with the superhero.

We can see the process of channeling creative energy to defeat limitations in the history of human evolution. To defeat the limitations that caused the demise and stagnation of other animals, humanity channeled creative energy to evolve to many stages ahead of our origin point. We further the evolution of humanity by seeking to defeat our personal limitations and societal limitations.

This meditation is inspired by the 2008 film The Dark Knight.

In The Dark Knight, the superhero, Batman, symbolizes love and the supervillain, The Joker, symbolizes hatred.

Love is the active willingness to help others without attachment to reward. Hatred is the active willingness to hurt others.

The final scene of “Batman Begins” depicted Batman as a symbol of love. James Gordon said to Batman, “I forgot to thank you.” Batman replied, “And you’ll never have to.” Batman protected Gotham City without any expectation of gratitude.

“The Dark Knight” continues this by depicting Batman as an ardent defender of Gotham, even when its citizens turn against him. Early in the film, The Joker says that he will continue to kill people unless Batman reveals his identity. When Bruce Wayne asks Alfred what he should do, Alfred tells him that he should continue to bear the brunt of Gotham's anger because Batman must endure even if he is hated.

The Joker is so easily able to take control of the gangs of the mob bosses because he is a symbol of pure hatred. The gang members repressed their hatred of society in order to function in the heirarchy of the criminal organizations they worked for. The Joker offered the gang members what they really wanted: to be able to fully give in to their hatred. They willingly chose to follow the Joker en masse even though they made little to no money doing so.

The Joker as a symbol of hatred is further developed in the scene in which Alfred tells Bruce Wayne the story of a bandit who stole jewels only to throw them away. He says of people like The Joker, "Some men just want to watch the world burn."

What the Joker wants is for society to lose hope and abandon their morality. He attempts to do this in two ways:

Get either average citizens trapped on a ferry to kill criminals on another ferry or vice versa

Turn Harvey Dent, Gotham's district attorney, into a criminal

The Joker's first strategy fails when both the citizens and the criminals refuse to kill each other. Although The Joker is able to turn Dent into his criminal, Batman takes the fall for his crimes and Dent is remembered as a hero.

When James Gordon asks Batman why he would take responsibility for Dent's crimes, Batman says that he is whatever Gotham needs him to be. Batman loves Gotham so much that he is willing to sacrifice his heroic image so that Gotham's citizens may continue to have hope. By sacrificing his heroic image, Batman defeats The Joker.

In this meditation, you imagine visual representations of how other people see you to be spotlights shown on the night sky. You imagine these spotlights being destroyed, just like the Batsignal was destroyed by police officers at the end of the film, which symbolized the destruction of society’s view of Batman as a savior of Gotham.

When you are attached to how other people see you, you seek to reaffirm how other people see you through your actions. You are not able serve others authentically because your actions are intended to mainly benefit yourself. By dissolving visual representations of how other people see you, you are able to serve without attachment to reward.

Upon completing this meditation, you attain the spiritual superpower of love. While making use of the spiritual superpower of love, you will be feel happy and confident while serving other people.

This meditation is inspired by the 2016 Marvel Cinematic Universe film Doctor Strange.

In the 2016 Marvel Cinematic Universe film, Doctor Strange, the story starts with Kaecilius and his followers stealing the pages of a forbidden ritual that will summon Dormammu of the Dark Dimension, where time is non-existent. By summoning Dormammu, he hopes to attain eternal life. Kaecilius was once a devoted pupil of The Ancient One, a powerful sorcerer and practitioner of the mys in a secret compound in Nepal, but he nows sees The Ancient One as a hypocrite after learning that she draws power from the Dark Dimension.

Dr. Stephen Strange in an acclaimed but arrogant surgeon living in New York City. After a car accident, his hands shake and he feels broken but as a believer in modern medicine, he asks for help from every doctor he knows but they all turn him down. After hearing from someone who is able to walk again after spinal fracture, he finds The Ancient One in Nepal. The Ancient One initially rejects Strange because his arrogance reminds her of Kaecilius but later accepts him. We later find out that she foresaw her own death and wants Strange to replace her as the Sorcerer Supreme.

When Doctor Strange, Baron Mordo and Wong go to the Hong Kong Sanctum, they see the Dark Dimension already engulfing Earth. Strange goes to the Dark Dimension and before meeting Dormammu, he creates a time loop using the Eye of Agamotto. Dormammu kills Strange but the time loop starts again and again each time Strange is killed. Once Dormammu realizes he is caught in a time loop, he tells Strange that he will continue to die over and over again. Strange responds that that is alright with him, because everyone on Earth will live. Dormammu agrees to leave Earth if the time loop is broken and takes Kaecilius with him.

The conceptual limitation that Kaecilius, the supervillain, symbolizes is arrogance and the aspect of creation that Doctor Strange, the superhero, symbolizes is humility. Humility refers to the willing self-restraint of the ego. Arrogance refers to the intentional lack of restraint of the ego.

Strange always wanted to be the most important room in any room he was in. But as the Sorcerer Supreme, he would rather experience continuous death than allow for Earth to be overtaken by the Dark Dimension. By allowing himself to die over and over again so that humanity can survive, he now realizes that constant acclaim is not that important and what is important is using his gifts to serve humanity. He becomes a symbol of humility.

Kaecilius summons Dormammu so that he may receive eternal life in the Dark Dimension, even though Dormammu would conquer existence. Kaecilius is a symbol of arrogance because he believes his never-ending life is more important than the laws of nature and the laws of time. He says that time is an insult and death is an insult.

In this meditation, you are guided to recall an identity that you subscribe to and be killed by Dormammu and repeat this process many times. By imagining yourself being killed by a being of greater power than you while you are recalling one of your self-identification beliefs, you are ending the separation caused by your self-identification beliefs. By ending this separation, you become connected with the larger Universe. You no longer wish to reaffirm your own self-identification beliefs but instead use your gifts for the benefit of society.

Upon completing this meditation, you attain the spiritual superpower of humility. While making use of the spiritual superpower of humility, your ego will serve your goals, allowing you to be focused and present whilst achieving them.

This meditation is inspired by the 2008 Marvel Cinematic Universe film Iron Man.

In the first Iron Man film, the story starts with Tony Stark, the CEO of Stark Industries, is in the Afghanistan desert demoing a new guided missile system for the United States military. While riding in a military envoy across the desert, he is attacked by a terrorist group called The Ten Rings. The Ten Rings attacks his envoy using weapons made by Stark Industries.

Tony Stark wakes up in a small room, with shrapnel in his chest slowly moving towards his heart. The leader of The Ten Rings tells him that he was captured in order to make the guided missile that Stark had originally promised the United States military. A doctor is there as his assistant. Stark sees his company's weapons at the terrorist base and realizes that he played a role in allowing terrorists to get their hands on military technology. Instead of building a weapon for The Ten Rings, he builds a bulletproof suit powered by an arc reactor that he uses to escape from capture. This makeshift suit later becomes the basis for the Iron Man suit, the technology that Tony Stark uses to pursue his humanitarian goals, a dramatic shift from Stark Industries’s weapon manufacturing.

In this meditation, the limitation that the supervillain, The Ten Rings, symbolizes is ignorance and the aspect of creation that Tony Stark symbolizes is discovery. This is because The Ten Rings was able to get control of weapons because of Tony Stark’s ignorance of Obadiah Stane selling weapons to The Ten Rings. Tony Stark did not much attention to the workings of Stark Industries since his parents’ death and as a result, his father’s business partner was able to use Stark Industries for his own nefarious ends.

He defeated The Ten Rings using his makeshift suit, the suit that would serve as the basis for the Iron Man suit. He is able to build the suit and the arc reactor that powers the suit by realizing that his path until this point has been morally bankrupt. By using his talents to create machines of war, he is only perpetuating war and doing nothing to further world peace. The suit symbolizes his discovery of his life purpose, applying his engineering talents to lead humanity to a better future.

Upon completing this meditation, you attain the spiritual superpower of discovery. While making use of the spiritual superpower of discovery, you will be able to learn new truths that were previously unknown to you.

<itunes:summary><p>In the first Iron Man film, the story starts with Tony Stark, the CEO of Stark Industries, is in the Afghanistan desert demoing a new guided missile system for the United States military. While riding in a military envoy across the desert, he is attacked by a terrorist group called The Ten Rings. The Ten Rings attacks his envoy using weapons made by Stark Industries.</p>

<p>Tony Stark wakes up in a small room, with shrapnel in his chest slowly moving towards his heart. This makeshift suit later becomes the basis for the Iron Man suit, the technology that Tony Stark uses to pursue his humanitarian goals, a dramatic shift from Stark Industries’s weapon manufacturing.</p>
